Vertical Louvre Blinds
Louvrestyle offers a variety of fabrics and weaves in fiberglass and natural fibre materials that can be selected in widths of 127 and 89mm . The colour range offers extensive scope to the designer whilst an individual effect can be achieved with colour combinations by using strips of dark colour to give an impressive contrast on a beige or natural background. Special coatings (SPC) are more suited to control screen glare as they diffuse the light to spread it evenly.
The louvres are securely fixed to a substantial slimline aluminium headrail and to ensure that they hang square are linked with a beaded cord on each side of tensioning weights. Cords draw the louvers across the blind and a beaded ball chain tilts them to any angle through 340° and to open and close them. Precision moulded nylon components ensure smooth draw and tilting operations and infinite adjustment of the tilt angle.
For installations between double glazing fittings are available to trace the controls through the secondary glazing frame. For other specialised installations mono combined control with ball chain or cranked rod and electric operation are available.
For sloping top windows Louvrestyle blinds are a practical solution with specially designed extended clips that allow the louvers to tilt and traverse to the window shape.
